First Thoughts: I was really interested in this book because of the pretty cover, but I really loved the blurb of this! It looks so interesting!

Cover: REALLY AWESOME COVER. I ♥'d it so much, but it doesn't really match the storyline, but it's got some symbolism to it. 

Setting: I really loved the setting of this story. It's set years in the future, where the children get Matched with their spouses, and I think the concept of the life around them: with the jobs and houses is really fascinating. 

Characters: Cassia is an awesome protagonist, I think. She's so believable with her flaws and her strong points, and her friendship with Xander is very unique. Her relationship with her parents is very strong and she looks up to her parents very much. Ky was a loner in the beginning, and I was waiting for him to come in. I was expecting him to be a little different, but I really liked his personality. Ky and Cassia's relationship grew very quickly.

Plot: I really, really, really, REALLY, loved this plot :) It was so good! The whole idea of the Matched children and then the relationship between Xander, Ky and Cassia. I really can't wait for Crossed!


Recommend: EVERYONE. No one in particular. I think that everyone should check this one out!
